Make sure you have a full stomach: The golden rule before drinking bhang or alcohol is that you should not do so on an empty stomach, as this can result in nausea, vomiting, and headaches later on.

Keep your body hydrated: Keep yourself hydrated so that toxins can be flushed out of your system. Intoxicating drinks dehydrate our bodies. It is recommended to drink more water before and after consuming bhang. 

You can also consume fresh fruit juices such as watermelon, orange, etc. Also, avoid standing in the sun for an extended period after consuming bhang or alcohol.

Consume more hydrating fruits and green smoothies: Consume a lot of hydrating fruits and green smoothies because they will help you stay hydrated. Drink green vegetable smoothies instead of tea or coffee. It will also detoxify your body. Fibre aids in the cleaning of the stomach.

Sleep: It is a great way to get rid of a hangover. It’s peacefully in a quiet, dimly lit room. Sleep relaxes your mind and body while also reducing headaches.

Things you should never do

Do not drink coffee or tea: Tea and coffee contain strong caffeine, which aggravates a hangover. Alternatively, try herbal tea, such as rose or jasmine tea. They are caffeine-free and work well to counteract the effects of alcohol.

Don’t consume fried foods: Deep-fried snacks should be avoided if you have a hangover. Fried foods can aggravate acid reflux and gastritis and raise toxin levels in the body. Green salads and fruits are preferable.

Never consume painkillers if intoxicated: The most obvious solution for headaches is painkillers, but with a hangover, these drugs can be extremely harmful. It can cause acidity, which aggravates nausea.
