- 250 grams pumpkin,
- 2 to 3 teaspoons jaggery powder,
- salt according to taste, 2 to 3 teaspoons semolina,
- 2 to 3 teaspoons chawla flour and one cup wheat flour
How to make Pumpkin Puri?
First step: To make pumpkin puri, first peel 250 grams of pumpkin and wash it with clean water and then cut it into pieces and boil it well. When it boils, add 2 to 3 teaspoons of jaggery powder and a little salt and mash it well.
- Second step: When it is well mashed, then add 2 to 3 spoons of semolina, 2 to 3 spoons of rice flour and one cup of wheat flour and mix them together. Now knead it well.
- Third step: When the dough is kneaded, apply a little ghee to the dough and then roll the puris and fry them in oil. Your pumpkin puris are ready. Now dip the hot puris and eat them with cold Shrikhand.
